I've been doing construction work long before Desbiens ProBuild became an official company. In that time I've also been on the other side of the table, hiring contractors for my own home, which is where a lot of my standards actually come from. I know what good communication looks like and what it feels like when it's missing. Every client gets the version I'd want for myself.
